The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs as follows:
DHL at €4.90 per order. A surcharge of €4.90 including VAT will be charged for partial shipping.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €50.00.
Partial shipping costs €4.90 for order over €50.00 and is free for purchases over €500.00.
UPS with € 7.95 per order.
From an order value of 300.00 € onwards, we deliver free of charge.
Shipping costs are not included in the order value!
Partial shipping
Partial shipping is recommended, especially for orders that contain items that can be “pre-ordered” or are currently not in stock but can be ordered. If partial delivery is possible for your order, you will automatically receive the option “DHL Parcel – Partial Shipping” when selecting the shipping method in check-out. Your order will then be split into two deliveries. The first delivery will be released for shipping immediately and will contain everything that is available in stock at that time. The second delivery will be sent as soon as all missing items have been delivered to the PK-PRO warehouse and the order is complete. In the case of partial shipping, additional shipping costs will apply. Please note the shipping cost information! Partial shipping is only possible within Germany.
Forwarding dispatch
For the dispatch of bulky goods (forwarding dispatch) we calculate as follows:
Bulky goods are sent via a forwarding agency - € 75.00
Bulky goods are marked as such in the article description.
(If you order parcel goods and freight forwarding goods at the same time, there are only one-off freight forwarding costs)
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight.
The shipping costs are determined depending on the total weight of the delivery. The calculation is carried out automatically according to the most favorable rate for you.
We ship with German Post - DHL and UPS (including tracking).
The prices and postage allowances for DHL are as follows:
For Sweden and Finland there is a doorstep delivery service fee of €5.20.
The prices and postage allowances for DHL for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Austria and the USA are as follows:
Orders over 30 kg require another package (another order).

NOTE: We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore, no shipping charges will be applyed for vouchers. Please use the shipping method "Voucher only". Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-4 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5-30 days of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery.
Terms of payment
You have the following payment options with us:
- Cash payment for on-site collection and trade fair sales
- Advance payment by bank transfer for on-site pick-up and delivery
- Card payment for on-site collection and trade fair sales
- Payment via PayPal (Giropay, SEPA direct debit, pay later, purchase on account with Ratepay, credit and debit card, and PayPal) on delivery

Articles that are classified as dangerous goods are marked as such (dangerous goods symbol)
The dispatch of dangerous goods (e.g. solvent-based paints, alcohols, ...) can only take place within the European Union as well as Switzerland and Norway.
Shipping of "EU-Limited" articles
Items marked as "EU-Limited" are subject to restricted shipping.
"EU-Limited" articles can only be shipped within the European Union as well as Switzerland and Norway.
